GreetingsI went to this restaurant on the evening of my 59th birthday.Being from Rome I didn't know the place, I trusted a friend from Angri who organized the evening for me here.I was pleasantly struck by the beauty of this farmhouse made entirely of natural stone inside and with a beautiful view of Vesuvius and all the towns below on the outside.Being located high up during the day you can enjoy a beautiful panorama and in the evening it is beautiful to see the entire plain illuminated.We were served by a cute, but above all attentive, kind and professional waitress.The owner of the business was also very friendly.At dinner everyone took what they wanted. Half of the people ordered really good and tasty white or red based pizza.The other half of the people chose meat. I was very amazed that they had such good meat.Personally, after a taste of red pizza with buffalo mozzarella, I took a slice of meat with porcini mushrooms and tried it. Exquisite!For example, my daughter and my wife chose a cut of meat with rocket and cherry tomatoes. Amazing!Even the classic French fries, which usually remain chewy, were crunchy and tasty, confirming that the oil used was good and not consumed.At the time of the bill we paid the right amount and the owner even gave me a small discount.I was very surprised and satisfied. I will certainly return.Advised!

Every time I go to Nocera Superiore I pass through Corbara and stop in this farmhouse... with my wife we really enjoy the excellent food and pizza... highly recommended

Amazing views of Napoli and Vesuvius, lovely Italian food and great service. We had an very enjoyable evening meal here with friends, watching a beautiful sunset over Vesuvius. We drove up the narrow road and parked in the restaurant carpark. Highly recommend.

"La Cascina" located in a small hamlet of Sant'Egidio. Nice, welcoming and well-kept place with breathtaking views of the Vesuvian villages and the majestic Vesuvius. Large and convenient parking. Friendly and helpful dining room staff with fast and efficient service. It has an external gazebo where you can admire the splendid landscape, and a very characteristic internal room. The menu offers a wide choice of starters, first courses, second courses and pizza. Desserts accompanied by a bitter or coffee are also excellent.Advised!

Top location with view over the city and Vesuvius. Great foods, many options. Friendly staff and very fair prices. Reservations needed, it's a popular place. We fully recommend this restaurant!
